Holborn Assets has acquired Globaleye Hong Kong, in a move that sees the Dubai-headquartered advice firm exit the special administrative region. The chief executive of Globaleye Hong Kong, Edward Harris, has joined Holborn and brought with him his five-strong team of financial advisers and support staff. Harris has been chief executive of Globaleye for four years and is the third former board member to join Holborn Assets in less than a year, following the appointment of Riyad Adamou as chief commercial officer in March 2017 and Scott Balsdon as the UK managing director in April 2017.
