Terry Dixon

Terry is a UK and International Fully Qualified Independent Financial Adviser, with over fourteen years of Financial Service experience. A specialist in expatriate wealth management and retirement planning, Terry is known by his clients for his strong ethics, and has an approach which reflects the highest standards of professionalism.

Initially part of Britannic Assurance, Terry has worked as an IFA with many companies, including the Lincoln Financial Group, AWD Wealth Management and Burns Anderson. He has also worked as a Pension Consultant for Scottish Equitable and as a Business Financial Planner for Lloyds TSB. He holds a Degree in Business & Finance, together with an advanced qualification as a Certified Financial Planner.

Terry's other areas of specialisation include: Retirement Planning, Pension Transfers, Lump Sum Investments, Regular Savings/Investment, Estate/IHT Planning, Trusts, Offshore Company Formation, Asset Management and Wealth Management.

Recently helped a client who has spent the past 30 years overseas to arrange his wealth and assets into a well structured, tax efficient manner. This has allowed him to repatriate to the UK in the most effective way. The client has built up a reasonable amount of wealth during his time overseas in terms of both capital and property. There will also be a large retirement payment from his company at the date of retirement.

Incorporating the use of well structured Investment vehicles, Family Trusts and Retirement Investment Products, Terry has ensured the client is well protected against Income/Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax has been mitigated and he has managed to ensure that when they retire back to the UK, all their assets are well structured to ensure their income and standard of living will not reduce or change. Terry has also ensured that the wealth the client has managed to build up can be passed to his children in the most tax efficient way possible.
