Dawn Franklin

Dawn is a member of The Personal Finance Society, as well as holding a CeMAP and CISI and brings with her a specialisation of education planning for children.
Before joining Holborn earlier, Dawn spent several years working with Legal and General where she developed experience in pensions and investments. In more recent times, she realised her ambition as a self employed consultant, spending several years expanding her experience in both the on and offshore markets, the latter in Switzerland and Dubai.
During her work as a consultant, Dawn was involved in the successful remortage of a $1.8 million property in Australia, with the goal of clearing a loan on a property in the UAE, and to consolidate to one mortgage against the property in Australia. This was done with an interest only mortgage, with a repayment vehicle running alongside to clear the capital amount at the end of the term.
