No matter where in the world an adviser may be, they can access the companies systems and work on a client's updated file to give policy details, investments, financial plans, valuations and any other information needed to provide a timely service.

Pippa Dilley

Director of Administration

Pippa has extensive administrative experience spanning twenty years in both law firms and offshore financial advisory companies.

After working for two eminent law firms in London as a legal secretary Pippa moved to Spain for 10 years to head up the administration for an offshore IFA with offices in several countries across the world.

Pippa joined Holborn in 2009 to lead and grow the Administrations team that supports our growing business.

Rubina Khan

Office Manager

Rubina entered the Financial Services industry in 1986 when she joined Finexco Administrative Services in Nairobi, Kenya. She was employed as Branch Administrator/Personal Assistant to the Regional Manager for East and Central Africa for 5 years. Thereafter she was transferred to the Middle East.

Rubina has been in the Middle East since 1991 initially based in Bahrain and since 2000 in Dubai. Over the years she has been in charge of the day to day management of the office and has headed the administration of the client database. She provides support to the Sales team and liaises with Investment Companies to process client instructions.
