Through a strict in-house regulated system, we identify customer needs and construct an individually tailored Financial Plan, which we discuss over two or three meetings to ensure that we help people to achieve their financial and life goals.
Our advisers add immense value to their customers by bringing genuine innovative solutions to genuine financial problems. This may involve writing a will, opening an offshore bank account, establishing a Trust, an offshore company, advising on foreign and UK pensions, setting up an international private pension plan or simply advising on how to invest a client's capital successfully.
The Holborn Group has embarked on a three-year growth plan to build a team of 100 highly qualified and highly professional IFAs from their 12,500 sq ft Head Office in New Dubai.
Holborn's head office boasts superb facilities including an 1800 sq ft cafeteria where informal client meetings can be held, four private meeting rooms, a 20 seat capacity boardroom for seminars or private meetings and a 60 seat training and seminar room with the latest in audio visual equipment.
Demand for professional advice far outstrips supply in the Middle East and as a consequence we are currently experiencing phenomenal growth of 30% Year on Year.
There are currently circa 150,000 British Families, 125,000 South Africans, 50,000 Europeans and over 80 other expatriate nationalities in the UAE alone.

Qualifications are key
All our advisers must be qualified to operate within their home territories. Our desire is to always stay ahead of our competition, which is why we pay for all our staff to be members of the UK Chartered Insurance Institute and work towards additional qualifications, thus ensuring we deliver the best possible service.
To become part of our highly successful team you will currently be a qualified adviser able to practice in your home country and be able to demonstrate a high level of success in the financial services industry over the past 5 years. Above all you will need to show the highest levels of integrity.
Is Holborn the right fit for you?
We are interested in talking to you if you have experience as an IFA or are a Certified or Chartered Financial Planner from outside the UK and want to work in the International Market. You must be able to speak fluent English and have a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Financial Planning.
To become part of our highly successful team you will probably be over thirty years of age and be able to demonstrate success in the financial services industry with the requisite qualifications.
Holborn Assets will help you to establish your business by introducing clients and providing genuine leads.
We expect applicants to be fully independent of central services after a six-month period as referrals will be the major source of business for the right candidates.
We would like to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:
- You have an excellent track record in financial services and are able to demonstrate that existing and past clients are extremely satisfied with the service you have provided
- You comply with UK FSA level industry standards and lead by example in delivering high level service
- Your integrity is second to none
- You have at least 5 years solid Financial Services experience as an IFA or in Bancassurance or as part of a private advisory practice
- You are self-motivated and are able to work independently and as part of a broader team
As a group we are modelled on the lines of the UK's Network systems with the additional support of sponsorship, office, accommodation and financial support to establish a successful business (if required and separately negotiated against plan).
